Return or exchange?
Are the garments not quite to your taste or is the size not right? No problem! You can return your order within 14 days at your own expense, provided it meets the return conditions. You can return your package to Post & Office PostNL Business Point at; Joan Muyskenweg 38, 1114 AN in Amsterdam North Holland. Please write down on the outside of the package that you send a package to FO-MO otherwise PostNL can might lose your package.
Please print and add the order summary (which is in your email) and your order number to the package when you send it back. If you can't find it no worries you contact us through e-mail and we will send you the packing slip form by e-mail and you can print it by yourself.
If you want to return the items you have to send them back in the renewable (transparent) plastic bag!
The return amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, the return costs are of course for us. We would really appreciate it if you could send us a message with a photo of what is wrong with the item, so that we can find a suitable solution together!
If we receive an item back that does not meet the following return conditions, we unfortunately cannot refund money. It is then possible to collect the package yourself, or to pay for the shipping costs yourself so that it can be returned.
- The return costs are for the customer unless otherwise agreed by e-mail / social media.
- The items must not be worn or damaged.
- The order must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
