Can I wash the items?

It depends on the product but there is a wash description at every page and also on the tag inside your item.

How long is the shipping time?

Netherlands: 2-3 days

Europe: 3-4 days 

Other: 7-9 days

Can I return the items?

You can return your order within 14 days at your own expense, provided it meets the return conditions. You can return your package to Post & Office PostNL Business Point at; Joan Muyskenweg 38, 1114 AN in Amsterdam North Holland. Please write down on the outside of the package that you send a package to FO-MO otherwise PostNL can might lose your package.

Please add the packing slip which is in your package, if you lost the packing slip please contact us through e-mail and we will send you the packing slip form by e-mail and you can print it by yourself. 

If you want to return the items you have to send them back in the renewable (transparent) plastic bag!
